wz999 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "wz999" refers to the online gaming platform operated at wz999.app and all associated services, products, software, and content accessible through that domain.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of the wz999 platform, operating under an internationally recognised gaming licence.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the wz999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered user profile created by a Player on wz999.app, including all associated balance, transaction history, and preferences.
• "Platform" refers to the wz999 website, mobile interface, and all gaming, betting, and support services available through wz999.app.
• "Funds" refers to any PKR or equivalent currency deposited into or credited to a Player's wz999 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus amounts credited to an Account by wz999 as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required by wz999 in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wz999.app, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the wz999 Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to use wz999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. wz999 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as a representative of a corporate entity for commercial betting purposes.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a wz999 employee, where such participation would represent a conflict of interest.
• You are not self-excluded from the wz999 Platform or from other licensed gaming operators under any applicable self-exclusion programme.
• You have not previously had a wz999 Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on wz999. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or identity details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds held therein.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activities carried out under your Account, whether or not you authorised those activities.
• Notifying wz999 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

wz999 will never contact you to request your Account password by any means, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from wz999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

wz999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the wz999 cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within the processing window specified for your chosen payment method. wz999 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: To submit a withdrawal request, your Account must have passed applicable KYC verification and your account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance holds. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit or a verified method on file. wz999 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe stated in the cashier section of the Platform.
• wz999 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Funds derived from Bonus credits remain subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

wz999 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback programmes, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all wz999 promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, or per device, as specified in the individual offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• wz999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of players who have already commenced wagering activity under an existing offer.
• Bonus Funds are subject to maximum bet limits per spin or per bet while wagering requirements remain outstanding. Placing bets in excess of these limits may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Abuse of the wz999 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, using third-party funding to qualify for bonuses, or employing systematic betting strategies to extract bonus value — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7 Gaming Rules & Betting

All games and betting markets available on wz999 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market interface. These general provisions apply across all wz999 gaming activity:

• wz999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. This technology is subject to independent testing and auditing by third-party technical laboratories.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical malfunction during a game round or live bet, wz999 will use all reasonable means to reconstruct the state of play at the time of disconnection and settle the round accordingly. Where reconstruction is not possible, stakes will be returned to the Player.
• wz999 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any technical fault that resulted in odds or payouts inconsistent with market conditions.
• Live sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. PSL cricket results, for example, are settled based on the official PCB or ICC determination.
• wz999 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet stake, maximum payout, or maximum winnings per bet for any Player, game, or market without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wz999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds:

• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or any other conduct intended to deceive wz999 or its payment processors.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player gaming environment on the Platform.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or make gaming decisions on your behalf without wz999's express written consent.
• Arbitrage & Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions, pricing errors, or platform anomalies for guaranteed profit in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gaming.
• Money Laundering: Using the wz999 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity or for the purpose of concealing the origin of any funds.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your wz999 Account.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward wz999 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the wz999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game assets, and the wz999 brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of wz999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wz999 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any wz999 content without express written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any wz999 software.
• Use any wz999 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages or discredits wz999.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wz999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

wz999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total value of Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arose.

wz999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

wz999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at wz999.app/privacy-policy. By creating a wz999 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wz999 implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed as 100% secure, and wz999 cannot warrant absolute security of your data.

12 Responsible Gaming

wz999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and ensuring that gambling remains an enjoyable form of entertainment for all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered wz999 Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. You will receive an on-screen notification when your session limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders displaying your net gaming activity and session duration to help you maintain awareness of your play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks without permanent self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the wz999 Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected.

13 Account Termination & Closure

You may close your wz999 Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

wz999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring Account closure.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Dormancy fees may apply to inactive Accounts as communicated in the Platform.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wz999 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to wz999 customer support for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by wz999's licensing authority, the details of which are available upon request from our customer support team.

You agree that any formal legal proceedings relating to your use of the wz999 Platform shall be conducted in the language and jurisdiction stipulated by the applicable gaming licence framework.

15 Amendments to These Terms

wz999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, wz999 will notify registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the wz999 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
